Admission Application

Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for enrollment in Epic CNC Training Academy.

Assessment Test - Epic CNC Training Academy requires all applicants to take the WorkKeys® Skills Assessment Test. The Assessment Test can be taken through Epic CNC Training Academy or Michigan Works. Applicants must score 4 (silver) or better to be considered for the CNC Certification program.

WorkKeys® is a job skills assessment system measuring real-world skills that employers believe are critical to job success. The test is comprised of three assessments: Applied Mathematics, Locating Information, and Reading for Information.

Please note: Individuals who meet the score requirement and enroll in Epic CNC Training Academy will be reimbursed for the cost of taking the test.

Please note:  All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. An application fee of not more than $25.00 may be retained by the school if the application is denied. All tutition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within three business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. If a refund is requested after the three day window has elapsed but is 30 days prior to the scheduled training session, 80% of the tuition will be refunded. Less than 30 days before the training session is scheduled to start, no refund will be issued.
